Starbase Support
Help! I can't get into Starbase!
There are many reasons why you might not be able to log in or use Starbase. Please select the option below that most accurately describes your problem:
- There's no shortcut to Starbase on my Desktop.
- When I click on the shortcut, I get an error saying that the shortcut is "not valid".
- After I click on the "Ichabod Crane " link, it opens the next page but then it hangs and I get the yellow "Information Bar" at the top of the page.
- After I click on the "Ichabod Crane" link, it opens the next page but it never loads the second window where I log in.
- I get the second window, and I seem to log in successfully, but when I click the "Log in" button it freezes.
