INDUCTION Ceremony and Reception:

New Member Induction Ceremony: Tuesday, May 18th at 8 am in the HS auditorium.

Reception in HS Library immediately following the ceremony and photo session.

 

Thank you to all for making this year's Induction Ceremony a memorable success.

 

 

Meeting Schedule

NEXT MEETING:    In September, date TBD:   Have a safe and restful summer.

                                       

Officer Meetings:

Every other Wednesday (or specified day) beginning at 7:20am in the SRO conference room, or more frequently as needed.

          

Group meetings:

First Wednesday morning of every month beginning at 7:25 am in the cafeteria.

                                

Summer Community Service: 

Let's keep on volunteering and performing charitable deeds.  Let's Get It Done !   

Now that the library fence has been prepped, it's time to PAINT.  To help out with the fence painting, please sign up outside room 308 and include a valid phone number or e-mail address. You will be contacted over the summer with details.

Hope to see many of you there !!!   Non-members are welcome to sign up, too.

The Crossings of Colonie 

 

Spring semester group service activity:

April 23rd & 24th:  Fence scraping at the Kinderhook Memorial Library. 

The weather was sunny and mild and many hands made the job go much faster. The library trustees and staff greatly appreciated the efforts of all those who picked up a paint scraping tool and put their backs into this project. You should be proud of yourselves for a job well done.   Photos will be up-loaded soon, so check back.

 

DANCEATHON 

          9:00 PM Friday, January 8th - 6:00 AM Saturday, January 9th, 2010

         

           

The 4th Annual Danceathon was a great success.

One hundred twelve students attended raising over $2000 for the Sharon Gaffney Memorial Scholarship fund. 

Over $500 was raised for the Honor Society scholarship given in memory of Dana V. Flax.

Another group service project will be organized for the spring semester.

All members should participate in group service.

INDIVIDUAL SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES:

          

         

          

Members must continue with Individual Service to remain a member in good standing. Report ongoing service to chapter adviser.
