School Based Prevention Program (SBPP)

SBPP is a collaborative effort between the Columbia County Department of Social Services, Ichabod Crane Central School District and the Mental Health Association of Columbia and Greene Counties.

Since 1994, this program has helped provide families in Columbia County with a wide variety of emotional, financial and medical supports.

Two full-time Home School Coordinators provide services for 18-20 families at a time. A referral to SBPP may be made directly by a member of your child's school, such as their teacher, guidance counselor, principal, nurse, etc.

For more information, please click here to download SBPP's brochure.
