We are pleased to announce the return of Riders Athletics for Middle School students in Grades 7 and 8 for the remainder of the school year! Find information below about the start of Intramural and Modified Sports. Intramurals (Grades 7 & 8)
Intramurals will begin at the Middle School on Wednesday, February 24. Sports offered will be Boys & Girls Basketball and Boys Volleyball. Full Remote Students, please select either “A DAY” or “B DAY” for Basketball when registering at the Google Form link below.

- TUESDAY – BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL “A DAY” (2:40 PM – 3:30 PM)
- WEDNESDAY – BOYS VOLLEYBALL (2:40 PM – 4:00 PM)
- THURSDAY – BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL “B DAY” (2:40 PM-3:30 PM)
- FRIDAY – BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL “B DAY” (2:40 PM-3:30 PM)
TRANSPORTATION
Students will need to be picked up at 3:30 PM for Basketball and 4:00 PM for Volleyball. Fully remote students will need to have their own transportation to the Middle School if participating in Intramurals.

A permission form is REQUIRED to participate. This Google Gorm can be submitted online and is found at https://docs.google.com/forms/
Modified Athletics (Grades 7 & 8)
Modified Sports will begin on Monday, March 22 for the following: Boys & Girls Soccer, Boys & Girls Cross-Country and Girls Volleyball.
Baseball, Softball and Track & Field will begin in May.

PLAYING JV & VARSITY SPORTS IN GRADES 7 & 8
7th and 8th Grade students may try out for JV and Varsity sports if they complete the Athletic Placement Process here and are cleared by the School District Medical Director.
