The Primary School recently celebrated a “Race to Read” week during each class’s library time!
Race to Read is a special book distribution program generously sponsored by the Ichabod Crane PTA. Every student in the Primary School was given the opportunity to select a free book that they can keep forever!
To help foster a lifetime love of reading guest readers were also invited to read to each class. Special guests shared their love of reading virtually this year by joining a Google Meet. Guests included Principal Williams and many parents.
“The students love hearing from our guest readers, and we sincerely thank them for their time” said Primary School Librarian Ms. Moss.
