CARE OF SCHOOL PROPERTY BY STUDENTS
The Board of Education expects that all students respect and care for school property. Any damage to property should be reported to the main office or the appropriate teacher.
The Board recognizes that vandalism is a crime against the school district and the community which supports. Students who willfully destroy, damage, or deface school property shall be subject to disciplinary action, as well as prosecution to the fullest extent possible under the faw. Students who damage school property, and/or their parents or guardian, shall reimburse the district for the value of the damaged property up to the limit of the law.
